Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked.

However, there were a few problems with the unit: 1) It is located on the second floor overlooking Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a very busy street during the day and into the night. In addition, it is on a low floor looking out over the parking lot. 2) The description said there was a private lanai. This is not true.
