„Pros: This property has great views of Doran Beach and Bodega Bay Harbor. It is located in a pretty neighborhood just off of Highway 1 and is within walking distance of a wetland. The house is spacious and has 3 bedrooms (and a Murphy Bed) as well as 3-1/2 baths. Cons: For a house this size, it is lacking in basic amenities and functionality. The water heater is located downstairs, and it takes 7+ minutes to get hot water in the kitchen. When someone showers, the water pressure in the rest of ...

„Five girlfriends stayed for two nights. The best part of this house is the views. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room. Kitchen has everything necessary for cooking coffee, etc. but seriously needs updating - very old barely functional kitchen cabinets. Lots of stairs, so I would not recommend for seniors or little children, there could be some falls. Overall, we had a great time and the vacation home was very reasonably priced.“
