« Decor magnifique, peinture, arts,antiquités déjeuner excellent. Coté négatif trop froid dans la chambre, manquait d'eau chaude »

« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Awesome staff and beautiful hotel. The floor plan of the hotel is odd, with a long walk from the front entrance to the guest rooms. »

« I was surprised at how cheerful every single employee was--from the doorperson to the check-in/check-out desk. Always smiling and displayed a willingness to help. Ditto for the restaurant staff as well. Would definitely suggest recommending to others! »

« Room was clean but the smell of marijuana hit us in the face when we opened the door. Called the front desk and they did not offer us another room. Just said they knew who had been smoking it and staying in the room. Also no swimming pool as advertised which was one of the reasons we chose this motel. Very disappointing since we had older children with us. Didn’t realize there was no closets in the advertised photos. My mistake. Only 3 small hooks on the wall next to the exit door. »

« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »
