„We had to book this hotel because all the other "major" hotels in the area were already sold out for Saturday October 10, 2026. We were in town for a relatives wedding being held at another "major" hotel. We Arrived at this hotel earlier than the 3pm checkin for the evening 5pm wedding. We arrived at 2pm. They allowed us to checkin early. We found out later most people staying at this hotel were there for the same wedding. Our room was nasty and smelled so bad like the carpets has never been ...

„Breakfast was great with hot options like eggs,sausage and make your own waffles along with cereal, toast, etc. The room was very clean. The only criticism is that the heating/air conditioning unit in the room was loud. I don't know if it was just my room but I turned it off due to the noise when sleeping.“

„A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay.“

„Upon arrival we were shocked to see complete front entrance demolition/ remodeling! We honestly thought the place was closed and we were at the wrong location! After a few seconds, we notice temporary arrow signs leading us to a temporary entrance. Thank goodness. Staff greeting was professional and pleasant. No mention of the demo. „This is an older hotel that really hasn't kept up to today's expectations for the average hotel guest. But, for the price, I got exactly what I expected, that being a clean room, a place to bathe, a small kitchenette and a place to sleep. The staff was friendly & helpful. For those giving bad reviews for this place, I'd only remind them that this was by far, the cheapest place around. I only paid $64 per night, so I think I got a good deal.“
