« Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home. »

« Perfect place for my sister and I to stay while attending the MLB Speedway Classic at Bristol Motor Speedway. The owners are very attentive and responsive, and the cabin had everything we needed. I loved the pigs and goats!! Would absolutely recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m ever back in Bristol! »

« This cottage is conveniently located to restaurants, Banner Elk Village, Sugar Mountain, tubing, and Beech Mountain. But we also enjoyed the place— sitting in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and as a family, watching movies in the coziest of living rooms. The place was so clean that we could leave our boots at the door and walk around in socks! We especially appreciated Hollie’s little touches that can make your stay the next level of comfortable. She had a snack basket, coffee...

« We booked this cabin for a quick ski getaway. The cabin was conveniently located, and easy drive to Appalachian Ski Mountain, Blueridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and Blowing Rock downtown area. The cabin itself was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Fantastic stay! »

« Property was great and host answered all questions quickly and helped with anything we needed. It would have been nice to have more than one towel per guest available. We had problems getting the door to lock. It took several tries each time we left to get it to lock with code. It was nice to sit on the decks and watch the deers eat and play in the yard. »

« Had an excellent time here letting the kids enjoy the wonderful outdoors space. The cabin is great, but we spent the vast majority of time outside. Cell coverage was spotty, but the Wi-Fi worked well. Great view of the stars for this part of the country. Would stay again! »
