« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« This hotel was absolutely awesome from check in to check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The room was very spacious and I felt extremely comfortable. The overall design was just amazing. The casino area was nice as well. There are many varieties of eateries to choose from so you never have to go outside of the hotel if you don’t choose to. This is definitely my new place to stay whenever I am in town. Truly exceptional. »

« This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! « We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« They should let you know if the pool is closed for the whole season. I was looking forward to laying out by the pool, but its closed. Also, we got a room with the big jetted tub. No stopper for the tub. Other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. »
