« Kaleah (K3) was amazing! Not only was she working multiple roles, she also took the time to show us the beautiful hotel. K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. We definitely will stay here again next year when we return for a visit. »

Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not. « The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening! »

« We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...
