« Decor magnifique, peinture, arts,antiquités déjeuner excellent. Coté négatif trop froid dans la chambre, manquait d'eau chaude »

« Rooms need renovating. Furnace was old and hard to regulate air/heat. Room was humid. Shade was broken therefore no sunlight was able to come into the room. »

« The staff at the front desk polite & helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I got 2 rooms for my Mom and brother & they both said the beds were very comfortable. »

« Nicely renovated. Not much of a breakfast. Staff was very nice. Loud by the freeway. »

« Chambre comfortable »

« Chambre et salle de bain super propres. C’est vraiment agréable. Le lit est très confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant. Je suis arrivée trempée (je suis à moto) et la femme à l'accueil m’a donné de quoi me sécher. »

« Motel a fuir J'ai été victime d'escroquerie et de vol de la part des propriétaires, ils nous ont saisie nos affaires pendant notre absence. (Pour information j'ai déposé plainte) Je ne parle même pas de l'état de la chambre avec des papiers datant de plus d'un an Vraiment dormer sur un banc dehors ce sera toujours mieux qu'ici »

« Room cleanliness and the staff friendliness. »

« Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid! »

« Only complaint I have is that the water took about ten minutes or so to get hot. The room »

« The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us. »

« No hot water to shower/bath at critical times »

« Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute dans la zone industrielle. La réceptionniste n’est pas aimable, l’hôtel est sombre, la moquette des couloirs est très sale, les lits ( doubles ?) sont petits. L’environnement est très bruyant ( Klaxons des camions dès 6:00 du matin ! »

« Close to the highway and away from downtown. »

« The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you. »

« Mucho ruido todo el tiempo. Clientes poniendo música alta hasta altas horas de la noche y la administración no hace absolutamente nada. La ducha rota, agua por todo el piso del baño. Limpieza 0. »
