« Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. We were there during TET holiday and our hosts made dinner for their guests which was such a delicious and kind gesture! Also because of this reason, we were met with daily karaoke...

« The pictures and description provided for this Homestay somehow led us to expect a large room in the quiet countryside. The room was much smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, the supposedly quiet riverside was impacted by a busy schedule of tourist boat tours with very loud music and a primary/ infant school on the other side. « Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored. None of property restaurants were opened, just 1 that is extremely expensive/overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. Only a spa/massage...

« Good location for a small family for a getaway from the hustle. It has its own pool and 5 min walking distance to the beach and restaurant. They provide shuttle service for anybody that has kids as well. Communication was very speedy 👍. Price was well worth it to me. I'd say here if you don't plan on visiting da nang but want to visit Hoi an. There's are no close markets nearby so best to buy your groceries snacks or drinks before you arrive. »

"Very nice resort. We were offered to upgrade for a suite upon arrival, offer that we accepted. We weren’t disappointed at all. The suite was so big and beautiful. Felt like impressive volumes and the view on the ocean and beach was incredible. Staff was good and breakfast at regency club also. We were a bit disappointed at the beginning upon checkin. I do understand we arrived way earlier than regular checkin time (around 11:30am) but we felt like everything is nice until you pay for your upgrade and then we let you wait for your room with no info during 3h! That’s after two request and at 2:45pm that we received our key (and had to wait again 5 minutes at the room door because cleaning wasn’t still completely done, while all other travelers arrived between 11:30 and 2:30pm got to wait maximum 30 minutes before getting their rooms…"

"Tres bel hotel. Tres bien placé et magnifique vue que ce soit sur la chambre et sur les 2 piscines. Sejour de 8 jours parfait. Le personnel tres a l'écoute et tres serviable. Nous remercions particulièrement le life guard Phan Vãn HU'NG pour son amabilité et sa sympathie il est a l ecoute et rend service vraiment tres professionnelle. Au niveau de la reception Thao très bel accueil et une tres bonne prise en charge du debut a la fin du sejour merci"

"Très bonne expérience globale dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était globalement attentionné et agréable. Seul petit bémol lors du check-in : la personne qui s’est occupée de nous nous a indiqué que nous étions dans une « cheap room ». Ce commentaire m’a semblé inutile et inapproprié. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent : très complet, varié et délicieux. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Nous avons également déjeuné un midi au restaurant Han River 1. Les plats étaient succulents, très abordables et le service était particulièrement attentionné. Mention spéciale aux deux demoiselles qui nous ont servis avec le sourire, sans oublier la vue imprenable sur la rivière. En revanche, le bar du lobby nous a un peu déçus : service moyen, manque de considération et pâtisseries sans réelle saveur. La piscine était froide. Le room service, quant à lui, était vraiment excellent : rapide, efficace, avec des plats abordables et savoureux. Les boissons offertes ont également été appréciées. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, bien insonorisée, avec une vue saisissante. La salle de bain était parfaite. À noter que le Dragon Bridge se trouve à environ 20 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Le lobby est très grand, ce qui lui donne un côté un peu froid à mon goût. Malgré ces quelques points, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter."
