"I had a really great stay at M Hotel. The staff were amazing and very nice throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and was happy to go back every morning. The location is great, right by the beach, which was very convenient. Ah the view on the beach was absolutely stunning. I also tried the afternoon tea. It was nice, but nothing extraordinary, so personally I would skip it. The only thing worth mentioning is the fragrance used in the common areas. The smell itself was actually very nice, but on the floor where my room was, it was a bit too intense for me. Other than that, I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time there."

"Très bon séjour au HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa. L’hôtel offre une excellente vue sur l’océan et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal face à la plage. Le personnel est accueillant et les prestations sont de qualité. Attention toutefois : les deux tours voisines sont actuellement en travaux, ce qui explique probablement les tarifs plus bas que d’habitude. Malgré ce point, l’hôtel reste une très bonne adresse à Da Nang."

"Always a pleasure staying at this establishment. The rooms are consistently great, and the view is lovely. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a wonderful variety of fresh options, and the common areas are highly functional. The only issues were with the laundry facilities ans vending machines. During my first cycle, my clothes ended up with a strong, unpleasant odor, and the vending machines aside were completely empty during my stay. Fortunately, the property is ideally located, making it very easy to find nearby laundromats and shops for supplies. Despite this, I highly recommend a stay here!"

"Very nice resort. We were offered to upgrade for a suite upon arrival, offer that we accepted. We weren’t disappointed at all. The suite was so big and beautiful. Felt like impressive volumes and the view on the ocean and beach was incredible. Staff was good and breakfast at regency club also. We were a bit disappointed at the beginning upon checkin. I do understand we arrived way earlier than regular checkin time (around 11:30am) but we felt like everything is nice until you pay for your upgrade and then we let you wait for your room with no info during 3h! That’s after two request and at 2:45pm that we received our key (and had to wait again 5 minutes at the room door because cleaning wasn’t still completely done, while all other travelers arrived between 11:30 and 2:30pm got to wait maximum 30 minutes before getting their rooms…"

"Très bonne expérience globale dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était globalement attentionné et agréable. Seul petit bémol lors du check-in : la personne qui s’est occupée de nous nous a indiqué que nous étions dans une « cheap room ». Ce commentaire m’a semblé inutile et inapproprié. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent : très complet, varié et délicieux. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Nous avons également déjeuné un midi au restaurant Han River 1. Les plats étaient succulents, très abordables et le service était particulièrement attentionné. Mention spéciale aux deux demoiselles qui nous ont servis avec le sourire, sans oublier la vue imprenable sur la rivière. En revanche, le bar du lobby nous a un peu déçus : service moyen, manque de considération et pâtisseries sans réelle saveur. La piscine était froide. Le room service, quant à lui, était vraiment excellent : rapide, efficace, avec des plats abordables et savoureux. Les boissons offertes ont également été appréciées. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, bien insonorisée, avec une vue saisissante. La salle de bain était parfaite. À noter que le Dragon Bridge se trouve à environ 20 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Le lobby est très grand, ce qui lui donne un côté un peu froid à mon goût. Malgré ces quelques points, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter."

"Hotel bien situé en face de la plage. Grande suite claire et propre. Piscine sur le toit sympa. Petit déjeuner copieux. Les moins: pas de rangements dans la chambre. Les moins que moins la nourriture servie au Bar franchement pas bon et cher."
