THE HOUSE
An idyllic villa for families and groups of friends. If you are looking to lose yourself in natural beaches, water sports, relax, cycling routes or enjoy the countryside; this house is perfect for you. Enjoy rural Mallorca, close to some of the most stunning beaches and coves of the island and, at the same time, close to delicious restaurants and the beautiful life of villages such as Colonia Sant Jordi, Santanyí, Campos or Sa Rapita.

This beautiful finca is fenced and there are no direct neighbours. There are no roads or houses nearby, so the tranquillity and privacy are excellent.

The villa consists of two floors, four double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a private pool.

In addition, there is a second outdoor dining room integrated in the garden with barbecue and toilet next to the lawn and the swimming pool.
For the youngest guests the house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

Improvements made this winter for the 2025 season:
1) Integral installation of radiator heating system (aerothermal) for use in the months of March, April, second half of October and November.
2) The house will be painted (exterior and interior).
3) Replacement of outdoor dining chairs. Upholstery of kitchen chairs.

SERVICES AND PRIVACY
The house and its facilities are totally private.
Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas.
The villa includes for your enjoyment 3 bicycles, 2 for adults, one with child carrier and one for children as can be seen in some photographs.
The swimming pool is not heated.

If you are looking for water sports, there are three harbours nearby (Puerto Sa Rapita, Puerto S'Estanyol and Colonia Sant Jordi) with everything you are looking for. Boat hire, diving, jet-skiing, windsurfing, kitsurfing and many other options. Cycling: Whether cycling is a hobby or your passion, the south of the island is a perfect place to start the activity, with endless trails along the coast or inland towards the mountain of Randa. Crystal clear waters, dolphins and a world of nature. Enjoy a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, declared a National Park, can you imagine the beaches of this island, can you imagine diving off the coast?

Bed linen and towels for the bathroom and swimming pool are included with the booking (beach towels are not included).

Everything, water and electricity is included except for the consumption of the air conditioners (hot and cold) which have an independent meter and will be charged at 0,23€/KW.

During the months of March, April, and from 15 October to 1 December the house will have the heating system with radiators in each room (aerothermal system using electricity) available. The consumption of the heating system, as well as the air conditioning, is not included, it is charged at 0,23€/KW. Between the 1st of May and the 15th of October the heating system will be deactivated (you can always use the heating through the air conditioners if you wish to do so one day).
