The photos are very misleading, some are not even for this property but the neighboring hotel. The beach is terrible. it's overrun with locals and was full of trash and just a bit on the scary side. It appears the locals like to hang out under the dock even when it rains until all hours of the night and you can hear them until way late into the morning. The water pressure is terrible. the shower head in our room was broken, not sure how that doesn't get fixed for what this room costs. I'd never stay here again. This should be a $39 room. guy at desk makes you pay cash when you get there too, guess he knows youll complain and try to get a refund on your credit card. And the bed was hard as a rock too.

AMAZING!!!

Small but cozy hotel (8 rooms), One of the best places I have stayed at. I booked the reservation to go with hubby for his 50th Birthday. The Staff went above and beyond my expectations, they made all the necessary arrangements and decorations for an unforgettable arrival.... balloons, tequila, cake....I can not express my gratitude to Sandro for making this and incredible experience. Both restaurants are reasonably priced, the service was exceptional and the food was very good. We had the Ocean Front Suite, super clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend; not to mention the view it was SPECTACULAR!!! Definitely Recommend it and I personally will be staying here again.

La ubicación es buena, pero por el precio y la experiencia, hay mejores opciones, no tiene precisamente vista a la playa pero está demasiado cerca de playa caracol. El hotel tiene dos ventanas que dan hacía un restaurante, no hay chance de que toallas o trajes de baño se puedan secar en la habitación por la falta de ventanas. Había demasiado ruido porque está junto a un restaurante bar, y no había personal del hotel en la noche. No hay opciones de desayuno, o si las hay, no sabes ni a dónde comunicarte. Por último,me gustó que me hablaran para confirmar el check in del hotel, pero querían que pagara en efectivo que porque la terminal no estaba funcionando, muy mal, no carguen tanto efectivo, es inseguro, es responsabilidad del hotel respetar el cobro por tarjeta y solucionar el tema con su terminal.

Disappointed. Doesn't feel like a hotel.

Very nice staff. Room good, but very low water pressure making showers difficult. It does not feel like a hotel, rather some rooms behind a run down and semi-closed seaside club. The small bar is closed after 6pm. It looks like the owners are waiting to be bought out and haven't invested for a long time. Photos make the place look better than reality.

Hotel staff disappeared, no one to get help from. No hot water. TV only syncs on the hotel channel. When we got back from dinner the hotel door was closed and there was no one to help us. We jumped over the wall to get in.

Buena relación calidad/precio.

Necesitas hablar directamente con el establecimiento, y en verdad me refiero a llamar por teléfono y acordar el check in, yo me confié en poner en la página de hoteles.com mi hora de entrada y al llegar no había nadie para recibirme. No hubo servicio de tv durante mis 4 noches de estancia. Y agua caliente solo 2 días de los 4. En general la estancia fue buena a secas ya que solo use el hotel para dormir, y la limpieza si es muy buena. Tiene una pequeña playa prácticamente privada y está hermosa. Tiene un muelle donde puedes descansar y contemplar el paisaje mejor que en cualquier otra zona de Cancún.

Not a hotel, it's a bar with rooms in the back. Very misleading posts. Pics don't reflect current status of run down place. Not clean at all. Hairs in the shower

relacion precio beneficio es buena. Solo que para ser la Master Suite le arruina la vista el techo del bar. El Microondas no funciona, no tienen plancha en la habitación y si no la pides con tiempo en la tarde noche ya no hay quien te pueda prestar una porque el ama de llaves ya se fue
