« Excellent value for the money Smiling people Would have liked to know I had to request a room cleaning to have my bed done but other than that it was a nice and pleasant stay »

« The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. »

« There were hairs all over the bathtub. The was a constant having dripping of coming from the floor above. The breakfast buffet that they charged $15 for was the same as you get a hotels that offer free full breakfast. The french toast almot broke a tooth is was so hard. Not up to Holiday Inn standards and certainly not worth $215 a night!!! »

« The property was well maintained and very convenient for our visit to Lackland AFB. The staff was friendly but could use more training with their reservation system. We checked out a day early and originally told that we would be refunded the day we had paid for. The next morning the manager informed us that would not be the case and we had to forfeit the room charge for the day. The breakfast was not the greatest, but passable. « Clean comfy Studio Rooms Great location to the hospital and beautiful surroundings. Every Staff Member has been so nice and welcoming! Went above and beyond to help us when the Ac in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. Breakfast is Free and good! They have many amenities. »

« The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio. »

« The location is excellent. If you are looking for super closeness to Sea World, it's great. Considering this hotel is in the "budget friendly" category it is disappointing they do not have free breakfast and shocking that they charge for parking. We have stayed at several other hotel chains similar in price and get free parking and breakfast. So this sadly, is a one and done for us. »
