« Everything needs updated. The 1st room we had was dirty and then the 2nd room we had the tiles in the shower were starting to peel off. Better lighting in the rooms. The light bulbs are the dull warm white, not the bright white. Half the time the staff wasn't at the front desk when you needed them. I wouldn't stay there again. »

« We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. « The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« Paid 200 bucks for room with jetted tub and it did not work. Long hair was on counter clearly not mine.dead bug in the regular tub room definitely wasnt properly cleaned »
