« Gross »

« 1.Outdated but clean 2.Small room but there's a microwave and a fridge. 3.clean tub and hot water 4.room is serviced everyday. 5.front desk a bit rude 6.surrounding area is sketchy 7.When we checked out we waited for Uber for like 30 minutes and during all that time there was nobody at the front desk. I just left the key on the desk...customer service needs improvement »

« Ms Anna was very nice and pleasant to talk to at the front desk. There was another gentleman (didn’t catch his name) very nice, showed me how to use the coffee machine at 9 pm in the dining area because our room only had decaf »

« We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10 »

« Bad odor in room . Floors not mopped. Flickering motion lights in room makes it hard to sleep at night. »

« Peu aimable »
