There was an ocean view that was very nice and the deck seating was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was check in time at 4 pm and check out 10am. All places I have ever booked were check in 3pm and out 11am which is so much more convenient to the traveler.

Our host was a pleasure to work with. Guided us along the way and quick to answer all our questions. The place was a perfect spot, just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The condo provided us all the amenities to make our stay comfortable, being clean, well-stocked with all the comforts of being home away from home. Too many memories, but we made memories to last us a life with our pooch Charlie. Our favorite memories were all the hidden gems to walk and learn the history of NC. Winding down at the end of the day to the sounds of the ocean from the deck. Meeting amazing people. Such a blessing to experience life at the beach.

Thank you for sharing your condo with our family. The condo was decorated so cute. This condo had everything we needed and was spotless!!! Our family loved sitting on the deck watching everyone buy pumpkins, listening to the music on the pier, and most of the ocean view. Our Australian Shepherd loved the porch also!!

We really enjoyed Jeff and Jeremy's condo. The location is great, it had everything we needed, and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3 plus 2 dogs. We really enjoyed being next to the pier and Freeman park beach. Fireworks on Thursday night are visible from the pier (and far enough away that the sound of the waves drowned out the sound of the fireworks so dogs don't get spooked). We enjoyed the pool and the gazebo across the street, and long walks with the dogs on Freeman park beach (just a 5-minute walk behind the pier to get to the beach). I had my kite, and flew that on the beach as well. Thanks Jeff and Jeremy! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Carolina Beach.

Stay at the place was 10/10. Overall cleanliness was excellent and my wife is a stickler! Location was the best on the road! We will definitively come back to stay there! Owners supplied everything we needed for an awesome vacation! Pool and beach were a blast!

Quiet Family Beach Vacation

Carolina beach/Kure Beach areas are a hidden gem if you want to take your family to the beach thats not overwhelmingly commercialized. This condo has a beautiful view, is wonderfully decorated and was surprisingly well stocked with much-needed supplies to get through the week. The building development itself is older so the first impression is not great, but the condo inside was lovely. The pool are too looked decently maintained, but some of the chairs were pretty rough or broken... but we still enjoyed evenings in it when we didn't want to deal with any more sand for the day. The walk to the beach was as avertised, it's a quick walk behind the pier and you're at the beach. We made the mistake of following the signs to beach acess which took us several blocks away... but Jeff and Jeremy left a laminated map with a "secret path" to the beach. The neighborhood is very dog friendly, we took our pooches just about everywhere. People walk, run and seem friendly with each other. At least when we were there, there was no loud crowds. Family oriented. Like a giant county fair with a beach.

First trip to Carolina Beach, absolutely wonderful and quiet area. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. If I had a question the hosts responded very quickly. We will definitely book this condo again.

Fantastic Beach Condo with perfect location!

Our stay at this VRBO was one of the best and easiest we have ever experienced!- The communication with Jeff & Jeremy was ridiculously fast and thorough. They were a pleasure to talk to each time.- This may be the first ever VRBO where we had zero issues with code to the door. It worked like a charm every time.- The listing is 100% accurate. The pictures do not do it justice. The views and location are perfect. We spent many hours just sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the world go by. It is an active spot with lots of foot traffic and great people watching. It is a bonus that you can walk across the street for ice cream, a sandwich, or a cocktail and sit on the pier!- The condo is obviously well-cared for and stocked with everything you may need. Clear instructions, comfy living room furniture, great water pressure, plenty of space for us and our dogs.- Access to the beach is just under the pier. It was so great to be at a beach that allows dogs 24/7/365! And everyone has dogs, so there are lots of pups to meet and friendly people to chat with. There is a little spot right across the street to take the dogs out. It is a bit overgrown in the summer, but it still works for what we needed.- The closet with "beach things" is stocked with all sorts of fun things to play with, plus chairs and a beach buggy/cart thing.Overall, it was a fantastically relaxing week at Jeff & Jeremy's place. We can't wait to go back. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

I stayed here with my two daughters age 24 & 16, the location is perfect, views are amazing, condo is updated, clean and has everything you need including extra fans!!! The perfect place to stay!

This was our fourth trip to Carolina Beach and this condo has been by far my favorite place to stay. Our host was excellent with communicating before and during our stay and had even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day which the kids loved. You could tell a lot of thought went into how the space would be used and it gave us a perfect home away from home with breathtaking ocean views. The whole family is looking forward to our next stay!

We had a few days of very windy weather, but other than that our stay was very relaxing. You're close to restaurants, grocery stores. Parking was tight for our truck, I would bring our car next time.

Perfect pet friendly condo with great views

We loved our stay! The condo is very nicely stocked for an extended visit. The kitchen has everything you need and we appreciated the washer/dryer. While there is a road in between you and the ocean, you are still closer than many waterfront condos. The beach access is closed across the street, but there is a lovely dog friendly beach access close by. We loved the trails at Carolina Beach state park also. Cherry Blossom has great sushi and The Dive has trivia on Monday nights. Fun!
