We had a lovely time! Nothing fancy, but all we wanted. Clean and great communication from the hostess. She even returned the pet fee when we changed plans and decided not to bring a pet.It's a short walk to the beach (which you can see from the balcony), and was fine with little kids. We loved the pool- although we only found one!

End of Summer trip

Condo was exactly as described, very comfy and clean. Bed was comfortable and I loved the soft sheets! Location couldn’t have been more perfect for us, as we came to enjoy Freeman Park (entry to Freeman Park literally straight down the street). We had a great trip!

Vacay w/ Debby!

Thank you so much for allowing us to check in early ahead of Debby rolling in. We had a great time and loved how close we were to walk on the beach. The only con I would say was the pullout couch not being comfortable, but other than that, loved it!

Great stay!

Robin had great communication. The kitchen has most everything you need for cooking. The bed was comfortable and I loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings! Parking was tricky sometimes but not anything that can’t be figured out! We will definitely be back in the future!!

Weekend getaway

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway! The building itself is not easily marked, and finding where the units in the building are took a minute but overall, we loved it and will definitely be back. SUPER CLEAN, close to the beach and close to the main pier. It should be noted that the unit is on the 3rd floor so it is several floors up, no elevator, stairs only, so pack light.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here this week! The condo was very clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels and toilet paper stocked. The location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach which was great for a toddler (plus no having to get in the car and get sand everywhere). Robin was very responsive and great to work with. Even though it was a condo we never heard anything from our neighbors which I figured we would but nope! Would totally stay here again in the future.

Amazing Condo, Great Town

My husband and I, and our four-legged child, had the pleasure of staying at “SurfsUP” while visiting the beautiful and dog-friendly Carolina Beach. What an amazing time we had! The condo is in a prime location that’s close to many great restaurants, and only steps away from the beach. The place was well-stocked and even included snacks and board games! The place was also very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the ambiance of the electric fireplace which heated the whole unit on cold nights. Our dog was super happy having the patio to enjoy and's soak up some sun. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Great communication from the owner, too. Overall, this place was a fantastic experience and we love Carolina Beach!

Great condo

We stayed two nights and it was a great location, clean, and perfect accommodations for a couple! We loved that there were two toilets (allowed more privacy) as well as a washer/dryer. We will book this condo again. The host replied immediately (several times) and allowed us to check in early after checking that the unit was already properly cleaned. Listing is accurate in every way! ((We brought our pet - first time ever staying in a place that allows animals and we didn't find a stray hair or any evidence of previous pets in the condo!))

1 block to the beach!

Be prepared for a workout, as the condo is 3rd floor. The place was clean, although a few things could use repair - normal for a rental I suppose. I liked the layout of the condo. Great location if you want to spend time on the beach!! Quick responses from the property manager. Enjoyed my stay there, would stay again.

My wife and I are from Maryland and were visiting friends in the area over the Thanksgiving weekend. We have two Labrador Retrievers. The check in process was a breeze and communication with the owner/property manager was prompt and attentive. Robin was always available to answer questions. The unit was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything one would need - dishes, towels, coffee pot, etc. great location - one short block to the dog friendly beach. Nice spot. Would return

Sweet Spot

Quaint condo just right for the 2 of us and our dogs. Everything we needed, well maintained. A short block to the sand so it’s perfect for scoring a great beach spot for the day. The process from A-Z was easy and well handled… Our host was timely and responsive in communication and assistance and we enjoyed working with her. Lovable small beach town with yummy restaurants, cute beachy shops and friendly people…great “throw back” beach vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Carolina Beach Dragonboat Festival

We came down for the CBDBF when Ophelia was bearing down on the coast (which didn't dampen our spirits!). The race was postponed until Sunday, so we hung out at the Long Leaf Pines dog park with our friends and dogs (& our dogs' "cousin"). Got some wonderful shrimp from Blackburn Brothers Seafood Market and made shrimp and grits on Saturday. My husband said it was the best batch I've ever made! This condo is super cute, surf-boarder themed. My one suggestion would be to have a step stool because we couldn't reach the cabinet over the fridge, and it was hard to reach the top cabinet above the microwave. I would have used the stools, but I didn't want to injure myself before my race plus I have arthritis in my knee. Thank you for a great stay! Nicole & Chuck

Enjoyed Every Minute

We had an amazing stay. There was great food to eat all around. The home was nicely decorated and had inviting neighborhood. We noticed slight mold around the shower curtain and both was very congested after the stay we thought maybe the hvac system. Would definitely stay again and the owners were very thoughtful.
