The space

Generous interiors make it easy for a full group to be together without anyone losing their own space. Air conditioning keeps every room comfortable through the warmth of the day, and the open living areas flow naturally between shared meals, easy conversation, and quieter moments. A private entrance and elevator access mean arrivals and departures happen without friction.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to ten guests across five beds. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided, and the essentials are stocked so you can settle in without running errands on your first evening.

 

Outdoor living

The private terrace puts panoramic Caribbean Sea views directly in front of you - open, uninterrupted, and genuinely hard to leave. Community spaces extend that outdoor life further: a large pool with sunbeds for long, unscheduled afternoons, a separate kids' pool, and two fire pits beside the pool that draw people together naturally once the sun drops. The private beach - 167 m x 37 m - is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas, and a 60-meter dock accommodates vessels up to 60 feet.

 

Shared amenities

Calablanca Residences carries a full set of shared facilities. The spa features two covered outdoor jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. The gym is outfitted with cardio and pilates equipment. The game room includes a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and a Smart TV. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap are available after time on the beach or in the water.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything a group needs to cook and eat well - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. The open dining and living layout makes moving between the kitchen and the table feel easy and natural, without the space feeling crowded.

 

Connectivity & practicalities

Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for guests who need to stay connected between days on the beach. A washer, dryer, and iron handle the practical side of longer trips. Free parking is on-site, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
