« We had room 141, next to door that went outside. So all we heard was the door closing day and night. Asked for a discount for inconvenience, lady at front desk said she had to talk to her box on Monday. »

« The staff is racist, they discriminate against black people and talk down to you. Only nice staff was the breakfast attendant Gina. They lie on you and charge you for things you didn't even use and will argue with you after you try to defend yourself from false allegations. I would never ever stay here again. This was my 3rd stay, management must have changed from last year because its complete garbage now. »

« Très grand hôtel casino, très propre. Le check in a été un peu long (plus de trente minutes). Très belle chambre , très bien équipée avec mention plus pour la douche. Excellente isolation. Le choix de la restauration n était en rapport. On avait le choix entre un steak housse ($$$$) et une cafétéria ($), donc rien en milieu de gamme. »

Then they gave me another room ans in this one the toilet flush ans the AC didn't work ans the TV cable was cut so no TV. For the price it is a shame. « The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests. »
