Gut: Sauberkeit
When answering questions before we booked, host was very responsive. However, I messaged 3 times asking for the code to get in to the property. I did receive it a few hours before we got there. I also messaged the dishwasher pods container was empty; no response until after we checked out a few days later (we went and purchased our own…along with hot pads as there weren’t any, but perhaps a previous guest had taken them). The house had a few issues but worked out ok for our group of 7 adults. I have mobility struggles and really wished there had been a handrail going down the 5 steps to our bedroom and that there had been handrails in the walk in shower. The bed was uncomfortable. The heat worked, but not reliably; either cold or too warm. It seemed to finally “kick in our last couple days and was fine. I did report a significant issue to the host and they said they will fix it, so not mentioning it here. Hopefully they follow thru. The hosts were very nice even if not responsive at times, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice.
