« The hotel is lovely. Lots of little touches in the room and excellent service from all of the staff. The pub is perfect. Great service, great food, lovely beer garden and beautifully decorated. Itâs the kind of pub/hotel you want as your local. »
« Safe destination for solo female traveller visiting Hampton Court Palace. Staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast. Will be back next year. Thank you. »
« The hotel was really cosy and the breakfast and dinner delicious. You can walk to Hampton Court in 30 minutes, along the River Thames and Bushey Park is just opposite with free roaming deer and ducks and swans. Kingston upon Thames has an abundance of shops and restaurants. It was a perfect spring break. »
« hotel not at all adapted for business travellers , too noisy , have to do the queue to book timeslot for breakfast , queue to order your diner , queue to a have beer at the bar , queue in the morning again to have a sit for breakfast , queue at the lift , having said that it's fine for families & kids »
« The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again. »
« All good. Had room upgrade. Room was a good distance but was large and comfortable. Bed was around 4feet off the ground in our room called William but was very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful. Had one small issue which was we were not allowed in the garden area to have drinks early evening although we did order some popcorn cauliflower. We were asked to go in a small area outside. It was very early and very quiet so couldnât agree it was right to not allow us in the lovely garden...
