„The property was spotlessly clean and had all the necessities for our two week stay. The location was perfect, on a quiet private estate, a five minute walk to the beach, and a fifteen minute leisurely stroll to East Wittering itself. The location was ideal for visiting all of the attractions which West Sussex has to offer.“

„This was a beautiful house in a great location. The facilities were perfect for us. The shops were in walking distance and we were able to get everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and fully met our needs. We made full use of the garden and the short distance to the beach. The pool table was a bonus that was used by all. The locals were very friendly. Das Startpaket mit frischen Brot und selbst gemachter Marmelade und Wein war eine Überraschung. Vom Ferienhaus ausgehend kann man kleinere und größere Wanderungen unternehmen. So ist der Strand (Kieselstrand, ca 4 Meter Tidenhub) nicht weit und man kann in beide Richtungen laufen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Man kann aber ...

„Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz, ist sehr geschmackvoll mit neuem hochwertigen Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die Realität übertrifft sogar noch die Fotos. Das betrifft auch die komplette reichhaltige Küchen- und Badeinrichtung. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig bemessen und es gibt überdurchschnittlich viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, ohne es an Distanz fehlen zu lassen.“

„Doreen warmly welcomed us upon our arrival. We instantly felt comfortable with this nice little cottage. It is located in a side alley of the tranquil village of Bosham. We enjoyed the colourful, bloomy courtyard in front of the cottage being ideal for having breakfast (Doreen had organized plenty of food). In the room we found a lot of handy brochures, leaflets and information about numerous of the region’s tourist attractions. “

„We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition. The surroundings were beautiful. It was great to also have a little kitchen to make our own breakfast in the morning. “

If i had to suggest an improvement it woukd be to use one of the rooms as a games room, although i appreciate this will reduce the amount of people that can stay. „Well situated cottage is convenient to everything. Very nice sized rooms give a sense of space in a modest footprint. The kitchen was a challenge for us—the electric stovetop and combo convection/microwave took some getting used to, but we managed in the end. Great book collection and cozy little wood burning stove made us want to stay longer!“
