« Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didnât even say bye or asked about our stay at check out.
