« A comfortable and nicely appointed hotel in the centre of the town.
Many hotels allow early check-in if rooms are available, but NOT the Hampton by Hilton. You pay £10 per hour extra. A very disappointing practice. Low-cost airlines charge for every little extra; it seems that there are low-cost hotels! »
« Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access.
Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good. »
« Staff were lovely and incredibly attentive- nothing too much trouble.
Amazing breakfast selection- all fresh and cooked to order.
Big room - well maintained- lovely view to garden - we were in Camilla.
10 mins into town but situated in countryside near parks, historic houses and museums. Easy reach for James Cook Hospital.
Lovely country house hotel - obviously newly created in beautiful Edwardian house.

However i fail to see why a dog was not allowed as the room was so disappointing. The decor was so dark and depressing. Shabby, with dark brown walls and brown carpet. Bedside lamps that you could...
« Fantastic place to stay and lovely and clean. Had a problem opening the door and they send a person down to assist me quickly. Lovely place to stay and perfect hot tub too »
