« Great spot - comfy home, great water pressure and hot showers - well needed after a day skiing! Three of us stayed here and we never felt like we were cramped or on top of one another. The layout worked for us and we'd definitely consider staying here again the next time we head out the Roaring Fork Valley. »

« We booked this property for multiple nights, but unfortunately the host was misleading about the reservation. Instead of being able to stay in one room for our entire booking, we were told we had to check in and out every single day. This was never communicated beforehand, and it made the stay unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.When we arrived, the first room we were given had a strong smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non‑smoking. It was obvious someone had smoked in there...

« it was within walking distance of town and ideally located for getting into Colorado Springs. The house afforded privacy and good communal spaces. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom which was a big hit with our team. »

« Wow, we feel this property owner went above-and-beyond to arrange the most beautiful view from the rooftop deck! Ha! 360 degree views of South Table Mountain and Lookout Mountain gave us amazing sunrise and sunset shows. The home is situated right in the middle of Golden, with easy walking to all Washington Street eateries and Clear Creek. The furnishings and amenities made our family Spring Break week feel so comfortable. »

« Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again. »
