„The property was an overgrown garden oasis with an abundance of fragrant flowers competing with one another for best in show. The basement apartment was well apportioned with comfy aesthetically pleasing furniture. There was just enough kitch to make it feel like a home. Downsides: chicken coup is close to the door, so you get a pretty good whif as you arrive, it’s only as you walk past one spot that smells. „Perfect place for a couple visiting Goose Hollow. Walking distance to Washington Park and the Rose Garden as well as great restaurants and breakfast spots. Miyoko was an excellent host; she was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The back patio was nice for a glass of wine in the evening. On street parking was not an issue (just be sure to ask Miyoko to obtain a permit). “

„I stayed here because it was a unique property, close to family I was visiting and pet friendly (I was traveling with my little dog ). I really only slept there but it was a very peaceful, cozy spot. Jean, the host, is lovely and accommodating.
