„The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. “

„I liked the fitness room and swimming pool. I did not like that that late check out is only very limited possible (till 1pm). The food is ok but a poor variability. E.g. I asked for a yogurt every morning (4 times) and it was not possible to get one. Cleanliness: the windows are very dirty... I however would come again to the hotel as overall service and performance is ok.“

„We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. “
