„Was supposed to have a "Luxury Studio", turned out to be anything but. Tiny with no fridge or microwave - faucet in bathroom was falling off. Complained to reception and they were willing to give me a "upgrade" at $360. This place is all about nickel and dime. They charge for everything. If you chose non inclusive, be prepared to pay outrageous prices for everything. Nothing is complimentary - bottle of water in the room was $5.00. Visited 4 years ago and was nothing like this. Never again.“

„The hotel was clean and we felt comfortable. However what we were really shocked about is that for breakfast they serve ONLY plastic utensils and optional plastic cups and plates. I dont want to imagine the enormous amounts of extra plastic garbage they produce every day. Also they changed the linen every day despite the announcement letter in the rooms that they would do so every second day in order to preserve the environment. Every day after cleaning one towel was missing and the reception ...

„Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Service sowie die Lage des Hotels. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Wasser. Das entschädigt auch dafür, dass manche Zimmer keinen Balkon haben. Man findet immer einen ruhigen Platz an der Sonne, da sich trotz der Größe alles verläuft. Es gibt mehrere Pools, welche sehr gepflegt sind und man bekommt immer einen Platz auf der Liege. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich, dass die Zimmer nicht standardmäßig mit einem Kühlschrank ...

„Strand in Hotelnähe zum Baden wenig geeignet. Besser CHilleno-Bay (ca 10 Autominuten Ri. Ost) Sehr gutes Schnorchelterrain, Sonnenschirme frei. Bewachter Strand. Küche gut nutzbar, aber nur große Töpfe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit Walmart (Ri West.) großzügige Raumaufteilung - Klimaanlage geräuscharm. Freundliche, unaufdringliche Security.“
