„The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. “

„We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven). We loved El Cielo, Sal Steak Cave, and breakfast at Sante, the Reserve restaurant. Poolside ...

„Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. “
