„We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven). „The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. “

„Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. “

„This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for ...

„The rooms were very nice and clean. And cooled down from the heat. The staff was very nice and always attentive, the valets were amazing and its nice of them to shuttle you around if you dont want to walk from place to place on the resort, its a big resort. We enjoyed the walking and the exercise as we werent there to be lazy like some, food and drinks were great all over the property. We will be coming back for sure.“
