Hotel is huge and was confusing for the first hour until we figured everything out. You have to take the funicular to get to the bottom and see the watermark and extra pool. Also Oasis pool side food is down at the bottom. Rooms clean and new. The hotel staff wasn’t interactive unless you engaged with them. I expected better service. But overall lovely, likely return if possible. ...

The pool was heated, so it was really nice to get in after a day at the beach. We had our own private beach below where we could snorkel.
