„The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again.“

„This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. „This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. „This property was very clean and located next door to Hilton Caribe. Great beach and great restaurants nearby. Fun coffee shop around the corner. "We just had one night booked, but we showed up 2 days later than planned due to some issues with the flights. We reached out to the hotel (when it was already too late to change the reservation) and with the help from Valeria from Marriot Reservations/Front desk and the chat on Hotels.com, we managed to move our reservation by 2 days without the additional cost. This helped a lot, since it was Christmas time and we were already under a lot of stress stuck in Spain. :) When we finally arrived, we could expeirence a super nice, clean, modern hotel, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, great pool area and a very nice bar. There we got to eat really well and got some amazing recommendations for local beers & drinks, which we followed till the end of our entire stay in Puerto Rico."
