„We stayed 3nights and not even once did anyone came and asked if we needed water , beside the 2 (6ounce) bottle water we found in the room when we first arrived. Mind you it’s was me my husband and 3 kids. Also not even once did staff asked us if guidance from anything, like unless you go to them none of them will approach you. The front desk lady ( the one with the curly hair) she will not even look at you when talking to you. The bathroom was in bad condition like the old wall that need ...

„The ocean views from our Cabana side room were lovely. We enjoyed the staffed pool and hot tub almost every day. The location is great for catching quick rides to Old San Juan, or nearby beaches. Also great are all the beaches, restaurants and shops that are walkable.“

„loved it 10/10“

„From the moment I walked in, I felt the place was upscale and clean. My room was perfect for me. I traveled with friends, and we really enjoyed the pool bar. The staff there were quick with a drink, and the food at the pool was surprisingly excellent. I tried several of the appetizers and even had the burger twice because it was that good. We ate breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the pool, and it was great. The steakhouse was also 5 stars. Excellent meals. Not places to eat if you are in ...

„Our bed was beside a wall of the elevator.. kept us awake all week long! Not good. Sliding doors in room were very hard to open. Outlet in bathroom kept breaking.. a 12 oz drink was $14+ breakfast was $22+ just eggs and HF .. pretty expensive“

„Loved the property. Absolutely beautiful.“

„Very cute place“

„The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back.“

„clean & enjoyable, slightly rustic but in the best design forward way. although there is currently a water crisis in PR, they were so accommodating through the whole process.“
