« I rented this condo with 3 friends for a retirement celebration trip. The property was clean and exactly as described. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great, a high top table with chairs for an unobstructed view of the sea. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend...

« We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. »

« The condo is up to date and very clean. The beach and ocean views are phenomenal! We had a very easy time communicating with the owner and receiving prompt responses to questions. « The location of the condo couldn’t have been better - you walk out and literally to the right is the Main Street of IOP with all restaurants and shops. The location of the private pier and beach directly across the street was also ideal! We visited in off season so it was not busy at all. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided.
