The Space:

THE LAYOUT

Two full homes sit side by side on one property and share a big driveway. Each home has its own entrance, kitchen, living room and backyard. A fence separates the two yards, and the homes don't connect inside, so you'll step outside to go from one to the other (it's only a few steps). Groups love the setup: everyone can come together for meals and games, and each family or crew still has its own home to retreat to.



HOME 1 (the white house): 13 in beds

• Bedroom A: King + 2 Twins

• Bedroom B: King

• Master (Bedroom C): King + Twin, ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity

• Lower-level suite: King + Queen, its own lounge, and a full bath with heated floors

Plus an 85" TV living room with a foosball coffee table, a kitchen with a big island, a garage lounge (skee-ball, giant Connect 4, cornhole and a floral photo wall), and a deck with a fire table, string lights and a grill.



HOME 2 (the charcoal house): 13 in beds

• Bedroom A: King

• Bedroom B: Queen

• Master (Bedroom C): King + Twin, private ensuite

• Lower level: the entire basement, with a private bedroom (Queen), a living room with a King + Queen, and a full bath

Plus a huge sectional by the electric fireplace, a game room with ping-pong and air hockey, a neon-lit dining nook, and a backyard with a fire pit lounge, hanging egg chairs, giant beer pong, cornhole, hammocks and a trampoline.



SLEEPING

IN BOTH HOMES

Smart TVs in every bedroom, gigabit Wi-Fi, a free washer and dryer, complimentary coffee and tea, and keypad self check-in. There's also a Tesla charger on the property, plus a standard outlet so you can charge any EV with your own mobile connector, and free parking on the driveway and street.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property except for a few locked cleaning closets.

You'll find yourself just a short drive or bike ride away from the popular Tennyson Street Arts District, known for its eclectic mix of art galleries, boutiques, and diverse dining options. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to local cafes and restaurants, or explore the nearby Berkeley Lake Park for some outdoor recreation. For those seeking a taste of Denver's craft beer scene, numerous breweries are within easy reach. Downtown Denver and other attractions are also easily accessible via public transport or a quick drive.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! We offer free parking on the premises and on the street. For public transport, the property is conveniently located near bus stops, providing access to various parts of Denver. Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive, depending on traffic. Major transit hubs like Union Station are also easily accessible, making it simple to explore downtown and other attractions. Consider using ride-sharing services for convenient door-to-door transportation.

Who this home is for: groups of 15 to 35 who want to stay together without being on top of each other. Think family reunions, wedding parties, team retreats, sports teams and multi-family trips. It's also a great fit for smaller groups where everyone wants their own bedroom.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood: no parties or events, quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no smoking indoors and no pets.

We reply via chat 24/7! Our on-site team works 10 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, and our after-hours team has you covered overnight and outside those hours.
