„Das kleine Cottage ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für unseren kurzen Stopp völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist super, man kann den Ort zu Fuß gut erkunden. Sogar den Dog Walker in der Nähe vom Bahnhof haben wir gefunden. Die Kommunikation war super und der Check in problemlos.“

A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. „Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Cottage ist klein und windschief, wie es bei so alten Häusern nunmal der Fall ist. Heizung funktioniert gut und praktisch war auch die ebenerdige Dusche. Alles natürlich ein wenig verwinkelt, vor allem das Badezimmer, aber sowas wurde ja nunmal erst viel später nachträglich eingebaut. Die Möbel waren leider alt und muffig. Mit schöner neuer Inneneinrichtung im Landhausstil könnte man viel mehr aus dem Cottage machen.“

„Diese süße kleine Hütte lässt kaum Wünsche offen: alles sehr hübsch eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für den ersten Kaffee oder Tee ist gesorgt, die Milch steht schon im Kühlschrank. Toll!“

„This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place.“

„Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care.“

„Nice property but very moldy inside. When my son entered he began counting spiders. He stopped at 15 but estimated that there must’ve been 30 spiders in the stairwell and main hallway. Now I like spiders and would never kill one, but I realize that’s not for everyone. I would trap them and put them outside. There was no WiFi. „Very nice cottage, not far away from Lyme Regis or West Bay. The cottage was how descriped in excellent conditions. Everything we need was available. Even for our dog some treats were available in a new yar. The communication was absolute phantastic. We got several tipps and information. We, family with 2 boys and a our cute dog, enjoyed the stay in Martock Cottage. Many thanks for it! “
