A few months prior, I was contacted & asked to move to another location within their property list. Arrived at new location in the late afternoon, attempted to enter someone else's property, they provided wrong house number. I communicated with the property management via app & 45 minutes informed to try a different house number. This worked. Entered the AC was set at 71 but the home was 81. I contacted again and they had a handyman come out who was on property until late evening, during this time I personally replaced a very dirty filter. Handyman believed the issue to be the filter and the system had froze. The following day in the afternoon the same issue happened and the handyman believed he needed to order a new valve for the unit & will return the following day. The next day informed by management to call a specific AC company to make arrangements. The AC was not working in afternoon into late evening. I made requested arrangement & the new company came and diagnosis the unit tonage was too small to cool the unit when temps exceed 90 degrees. We also discovered unwashed dirty towels & full dishwasher & a towel holder off the wall. I informee management company we could not stay without AC and will be vacating after the 3rd of 6 day rental. We requested a refund. We where granted 1 day, I asked to reconsider & eventually contacted VRBO & given 1 additional day. If during summer do not rent the unit not comfortable in afternoons and evenings.
