„The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and we were able to walk to all places. Asheville is a beautiful town filled with local businesses. Biltmore Estate is only a 5 minutes car ride. The car park next to the hotel was 20,-$ per day which is a good price for the location. Everybody at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. “

„We absolutely loved our stay. What a wonderful staff from the super sweet valet, desk people, and the bartender (with long hair) were absolutely wonderful. My only complaint is the bartender that is tall with short hair, he was incredibly rude to people and needs additional training. I am in marketing and thought he really was a liability to what otherwise was such kind people. “
