« The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries. Parking was easy, the room was TO DIE for, the whole property is incredibly clean, tbe breakfast is delicious, thereâs coffee/tea/water all the time, the patio between houses is super nice, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. 15/10, literally cannot wait to go back. »

« The location was great. Right in downtown Asheville. Free parking was available.
Room was clean.but we spent 4 nights in the hotel, there was no cleaning service at all.
Nobody cleaned the room, took garbage out, change towels, made our bed.

« This hotel is right in downtown Asheville, near wonderful restaurants & terrific art collections, also the shops on Lexington Avenue. You can walk to everything (but need to drive to Biltmore Estate.) Haywood Park hotel was an historic Bon Marche department store so the rooms are spacious as are the hallways. Extremely helpful staff. Do be aware that if you have a car you will be required to use their Valet Parking which I mistakenly thought was $22 per day but which in fact was $22 every time...
