Wer es ruhiger haben möchte sollte diese Unterkunft vermeiden, nachts ist es durch den Verkehr sehr laut, man hört auch von anderen Zimmern Geräusche. Das schlimmste an dem ganzen Aufenthalt das daneben eine Baustelle war und man nicht gewarnt wurde!

Tolles modernes Hotel
Der Service in dem Hotel ist tadellos alle Mitarbeiter sind mega freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Zimmer war auch sehr komfortable und in einwandfreien Zustand. Ein einziges kleines Manko ist die Anzahl der Liegen am Pool wenn man morgens früh genug da ist bekommt man immer einen Platz um die Mittagszeit aber leider nicht mehr. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der kostenfreie tägliche Shuttle Service zu sämtlichen Malls. insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt!

Compared to the size of the hotel, the pool area and breakfast room were too small. There is the possibility to visit the hotel's own beach club, but this can only be reached by bus shuttle or cab and costs extra. The bus shuttle also runs at certain times to 5 different points, which we often used. Nevertheless, we would recommend the hotel to others, as it has mainly left only positive impressions with us.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. In einem Gebiet, welches sich noch entwickeln wird. Schuttle Busse bringen einen an alle wichtigen Orte. Wenn es etwas anzumerken gibt, dann ist es das Frühstück, welches nicht so ganz mit dem restlichen Niveau mithalten kann.

It was a nice property, Clean, big rooms. My only complaint would be that the shower didn’t drain very well Otherwise, the restaurant was good for a quick meal and everyone was very nice

Staff were lovely and when I found my room was dirty they came to clean straight away. Buffet breakfast is good too. My main issue was location as it is too far out from the central places and taxis can be costly. However, they have other branches at more central locations. Otherwise overall not bad for 3 day stay

Hotel lobby smells great. Nice hotel, spacious room, shuttle bus service pick up drop off for the malls and the property’s private beach affiliates. However, room is left not in the most cleanest situations. Had a room change due to cleanliness, and room not thoroughly cleaned after service. Hotel gives you a call if they see the privacy is on long time. However that can be cumbersome when you had a long flight, is jet leg and just want some sleep. Hence the privacy.

Hotel and staff were very friendly and attentive. Particularly the pool, bar, restaurant and life guards. Housekeeping kept forgetting there were 3 in our room so we had to ask every single day for more cups and towels in our room as they only left 2 of everything! The music around the pool was far too loud. We accept there was building work around but it need not have been so loud. The food was excellent and the room and facilities very nice. The Soluna beach club was poor service and there was no communication that the pick up for the bus back would be at a different location to drop off! The photos of the hotel and pool were misleading as they show soluna as the pool. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were excellent and were exceptionally polite throughout. The hotel is beautiful, the only downside is the noise of the work going on around it, but they do warn you of that. The only other negative for me was the lack of sun on the pool area. However, the link to the beach club was amazing and that place is so cool to visit. Would recommend.

Beautiful and clean new hotel with a modern design. The breakfast area has a very warm and resort feel. Although there was construction all around which took away from the view, but the noise was not bothersome. With traffic it took us about 20-30 minutes to get to major attractions like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Marina via taxi. The staff is very respectful and helpful. We felt very safe and well taken care of our entire stay. Thank you!

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely luxurious! Very friendly staff and always so helpful. Great area to go to evening walks after indulging in too much food. Me and my partner would definitely return!

Le beach club mise en avant sur les photos ne fait pas parti de l’hôtel il se situe à 30 minutes en navette (gratuite) les travaux très bruyant autour de la piscine et la vue de grues dans tout le quartier m’on déçus cependant il faut noter le service impeccable du personnel très agréable et au petit soins les chambre sont propres. Les navettes gratuites ne desservent que des malls malheureusement il faut prévoir des taxis pour les activités.

Personeel was super lief! Hotel en vooral de kamers waren heel schoon. Min puntje is dat er in de omgeving van het hotel veel verbouwd wordt waardoor ik enorm veel last had van geluidoverlast.
