„I have to say the rooms, furnishings & cleanliness were nice ....except 2 hot dogs & a gross pizza box were inside the microwave. Out mission in Cleveland was for our daughters heart procedure at Cleveland Clinic. When we were up at 5am, I went to make coffee and the coffee can was empty. ( the coffee was replaced the night before we left but power outage prevented us from making any). We gathered our belongings & headed to stairs. My daughter could not carry/ lift due to post op orders) ...

„There definitely is free parking in the back of the building on the far side of the guard rail, I was really uncomfortable with this not knowing if we got there and it would be full, but don't think that would be a problem for anyone. Be prepared to walk through the back door to get up to the third floor, basically in total disrepair. „Everything was exactly as it was listed. Check-in was a little confusing, as you don't park right at the property, there's a house between the parking lot & the property. And the code was a bit confusing - you have to push the "home" button, then your code ;) . Otherwise, everything was great -- very nice property. Easy walking distance to Cleveland Clinic - we found it easier to walk than it was to park in the parking garage.“
