« I had a extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was clearly not cleaned properly—there were stains on multiple surfaces, dust everywhere, and an overall sense of neglect. Basic necessities were missing as well, including soap, which is unacceptable for any stay. To make matters worse, there were gnats and bugs flying around the room, making it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to switch hotels when I first arrived because everything in the area was fully...

We realized that maybe clean , but maintenance is not their priority: in our room, big holes in the wall and broken safety lock on the door. -still mention as newly renovated but maintenance ( paint and repairs) as to be done also. »
