It seemed like a made up story but we moved. 2 hours later we walked by the old room and saw there was a family with children staying there, so the hotel lied to us and there was no problem because they needed to give the room that we paid for to another family and we were only 2 persons. We complained about it and they offered a free trip. Organizing the boat transfer from airport to hotel was also very stressful because the hotel doesn't answer to messages, when they do, you get different information every time and in the end they said I have to contact them one day before arrival.
