The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. « Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can...

« room was ok....floor a little dirty....bed sheets seemed clean....bathroom was clean. coffee pot didnt work. no kitchen towles....a kitchen towel would have been nice....just one towel thats all. location was great. view was great. elevator situation needs improvement...elevators and the fobs were not good »

« Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage. Bref, vous trouverez facilement mieux tout proche et dans les meme prix. »
