« We really enjoyed our stay and this hotel is a great location for west end shows as well as sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The only down fall of our stay was the unbelievable noise that came from the room above us (to the point the air con vents were shaking in the ceiling) Obviously this wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it did affect our stay as it kept us awake and woke us up early. Despite this we would stay again »

« SarĂČ onesta, ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione che infatti Ăš meravigliosa, a due passi da Covent Garden, Leicester Sq, Piccadilly Circus e giusto un paio in piĂč da Oxford Street. Ma l'hotel in generale mi ha stupito in positivo con il bar/ristorante aperto 24/24, la stanza (seppur piccola e un po' claustrofobica, lo ammetto, ma ero preparata) con un ottima insonorizzazione , impianto di climatizzazione (e ci voleva proprio visto il caldo eccezionale) e la tv enorme.
