„EVERYTHING! 1st the staff working was amazing- they had warm cookies and a hot cocoa bar in the lobby- and the staff were so friend and accommodating. The room was SUPERB! they even had a cute note left for me on the dining table in the room which i thought was such a personal touch! We stayed here and went to Bentleyville and they even had a FREE shuttle to take guests there- the shuttle was decked out in holiday lights and pillows and even had fun "gifts" for the kiddos!
