« Great experience as always with Holiday Inn. We love it because we know the breakfast is always good, with lots of options including fresh-cooked proteins. One man at the front desk had some attitude with people checking in and with us checking out, but otherwise the staff were excellent, with admirable attention to guest experience. And the pool is great for the kids - they had a wonderful time. We can’t wait to go back. »

« Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel. »
