« We had the best week in Cotswolds lakes. Isis lakes is such a good location for getting to different things by walking. We went to different pubs in south Cerney and Cerney wick. There’s also another lake with water sports a short walk away. You can get onto other footpaths for lovely walks easily. Quiet amd peaceful. Playground for the kids and lots of green space. »

« Roomy property, well equipped with sunny deck area overlooking Isis lake and fountain. Only negatives are that I found the bed in the main bedroom too soft but that is a personal preference as I prefer a firmer mattress. »

It was also kitted out with cute extra touches like beautiful throws and a christmas tree. « Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. « What a lovely cosy shepherd's hut in a quiet field with 2 other huts well spaced apart. I never heard any of the other guests. It was perfect as a little hideaway to relax after working in the area. Very clean. »
