Welcome to this spectacular villa located among the fields of Felanitx, with two buildings and a beautiful garden and a great chlorine pool. This is the dream of large families or groups of friends since it can easily accommodate from 16 people.
Total privacy will be your only company in this villa during your stay in the island. Just imagine yourselves disconnected from the rest of the world, enjoying the privileges of this incomparable finca. Let's start with the wonderful pool, surrounded by a fascinating, well cared and green garden and lawn; go on with the lots of elegant outdoor corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean weather; and finish with an amazing glazed barbecue where you can spend unforgettable moments. Here, you can have fun playing table tennis before tasting some barbecues vegetables or pizzas cooked in the wood oven. Then, have a sit on the sofa to chat in good company accompanied by the satellite TV and the excellent pool views, which sizes 12 x 6 metres and has a depth from 1.10 to 1.80 metres. This room even offers a gas stove and a shower bathroom.

The agrotourism is made up of two independent buildings: the main house and an annex house. Both have been tastefully renovated, combining rustic style with all modern comforts. They have oil central heating, air conditioning and a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
Entering the main house, you find a large living room with comfortable sofas and SAT-TV, followed by a small lounge with armchairs where you can read quietly perhaps, and then two dining rooms, a guest toilet and a large gas cooker. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, one of them with two double beds for single use, the other with two single beds together. Upstairs, we come to a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub, and another with two double beds for single use and bathroom with shower. We can prepare two cots and two high chairs for two babies. The laundry room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron and ironing board. In the second house there is a cheerful living room with TV with international channels, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds, and two more with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The property has around 150.000 m2 and it is located in an area of fields and farms very quiet. The Felanitx-Campos area has an easy road access to a wide variety of beaches and coves nearby, as well as all public services, shops, restaurants,... The nearest beach is the paradisaical Cala Marçal, with fine white sand and turquoise waters.
