« The gentleman at reception was wonderful, friendly and polite. The room was average. Dirty plates in the cupboard. Flickering spot light. Shower needs attention as mould growing in the silicone. »

« There was not an actual lounge area- just a pull down sofa in a small side room with no TV. The bed in the second bedroom was so uncomfortable and hard that at we had to sleep on the pull out sofa in the smallest room. Main bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Directly across the street, facing the main bedroom, is a pub which played very loud live music all weekend- stopping at 12am on Friday and Saturday and 7pm on Sunday. This was not mentioned at all in the property description....

« The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so...
