« There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...

« An extremely quiant location and house. Plenty of room to sit and chat both inside and out. Great space to bring some kids if you have them as well! In addition, this is in a very central location to the many wineries in the area. It was easy to plan a route where the longest drive was only 25 minutes out while still being able to go to the other lakes the next day. »

« The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches »

« This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again. »

« There were a lot of bugs, being so close to the lake. They were getting in from the fins on the ac units, so maybe pack some tape to help seal. Everything else was great, our host was fantastic and very responsive! »
