We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental. »

« We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. « Check in was a breeze since the instructions given were very thorough and detailed. Cabin was clean, neat and stocked with amenities as advertised. Lakefront was beautiful with lots of water sports equipment available to use. Driveway and walkway to the lake front is a little steep which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. Host was promptly responsive to any questions we had. »

« Lovely apartment for a couple or two friends. Very clean, attractive and well appointed! The second bedroom with the twin bed is super tiny and probably best for a small child. Location is just lovely and super private and quiet. We wished we could have stayed longer! »

« This was a perfect location for attending an event at Watkins Glen. Just a 10 min drive to the track and we could easily walk to everything down town. Planning on booking this one again next season. Host was very good at communicating. »
